By Per Ake Persson Silvio Branco's late withdrawal from the fight against EBU cruiserweight king Alexander Frenkel has paved the way for an internal Sauerland eliminator with Frenkel now to defend the title against Enad Licina. The EBU have set deadline for purse bids or contracts for July 28.
