Olympic silver medallist Fred Evans will lead an 11-strong Welsh boxing team to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in July.
Evans will be joined by two-time European champion Andrew Selby and reigning Commonwealth Games champion Sean McGoldrick in the squad.
Lauren Price, Charlene Jones and Ashley Brace will also compete as women's boxing makes its debut at the event.
Wales boxing coach Colin Jones said: "Any team that can include an Olympic silver medallist and a double European gold medallist is going to be strong.
"We've seen Fred and Andrew develop right through the junior levels and to reach where they are today is a reward for their perseverance.
"It says a lot that they have resisted all the temptations to turn over to the professionals and there is no doubt they will be looking for gold medals in Glasgow."
