I think he should see a doctor about it, I don't think he should serve jail time for it. More like rehab and at a mental institution to get his mental health checked out. Jail time over something gross like this doesn't make much sense to me personally. The guy clearly needs help and is insane.

I don't get it either, he should be in a mental hospital for like 1-3 years more then jail. It's not like he killed anyone or did drugs, he is just not mentally their.
