I eat fish instead of meat

Yeah I like fish better then most meats(except for chicken), is it worse source of protein then lamb, pork etc., or just as effective?

Any animal will do. Fish has oils in it that are better for you than the fat in beef.

the flying and swiming ones are a little better for your heart
but eat em all.

if its lean fish its better than alot of other meats

tuna for example has more creatine than beef and very little fat

chicken is also bette rthan mammalian meats
but you may wish to take an iron supplement
