Grizzly Bear vs Polar Bear

Polar bears are bigger overall. But the biggest Grizzly's are the same size. Who is stronger and would win in a fight?
I'd pick the Grizzly because of the strong big builded neck that the Polar bear lacks. He wouldn't be able to try and break his neck. And Grizzly's have bigger claws that can kill some animals with 1 blow if it sweeps with it.

Grizzlys are stronger for their size, more aggressive, and have longer claws. Grizzly wins IMO.

Polar bears can grow up to 1,400 kilo's.

The biggest Kodiak was 900 something.

Polar Bear > Grizzly.

Yes polar bears are bigger but size isn't everything in a fight. Grizzly has bigger claws and a stronger paw swipe, as well as a more tenacious temperment and stronger build. It's like comparing say Jeff Lacy to some big fat 270 pound slob in a bar fight.

Grizzly would rip the polar a new one IMO.

a 1400kg polar bear! thats saome kind of a record a bear that big would stand about 18 feet if it stood upright and atleast 8ft while on all fours!

its a toss up between the two they are both similar size similar builds and temperments i would say the polar is stronger pound for pound because it attacks prey larger than itself quite often whereas grizzlies tend to give up if something big puts up a fight

8.2 foot in height I think, I have a book on mammals, I was reading about bears quite recently, they fascinate me.

Hibernation is a big factor in this fantasy match up too.

i was watching a documetary about carnivores from the ice age and before
and there was a brown bear that was 25 ft when standing!

also brown bears will eat most things so is a brown bear a carnivore or an omnivore

polar bears are not ****ing slobs and no a grissley bear isnt like jeff lacy there two different worlds dummy

when your compairing shit like grissley bears and polar bears all you can say is what if nobody knows because the situation can very from fight to fight ...

now if it was like a grissley bear and a black bear of course the grissley would win

but its not such a sure thing agianst polar bears

put it to ya this way....i've heard of trainers wrestling around with grissley bears and this and that

never heard or seen it done with a polar bear

that tells you the difference in the bears
