Default Pleaz help with trianing plan

I'm 15 yrs old, 210lbs, 6'1", and a couple of lbs overwieght. I need help making a training plan that can cover: getting in shape, conditioning, reaction time, speed, endurance,strength, and over all improvement in the sport.

start low and work your way up, like sart hitting the bag for 1 round=3 min, run about 1 mile a day for about 2 weeks, and spar about 4 rounds every other day for a while, i dont know anything about a diet plan i do not eat healthy i just work it all off

For a diet plan you wanna be eating 5-8 small meals a day for your weight you should be getting around 180 grams of protein and trying to take in a little amount of fat since your trying to cut weight. I'd stick to foods like Tuna and Chicken. Stay away from things like Mayo and Butter and fried foods.

ait, but i go to school and i dont know how to get 5-8 meals since im in school for about 10 hrs a day, any ideas?

I have to deal with the same problem, make sure you eat a good breakfast and just go old school and brownbag a sandwich or 2 and some other stuff and eat during a couple classes. I know my teachers never had a problem with eating in class as long is you weren't noisy.

I'm 21. I would pack a couple sandwiches using wheatbread and cold cuts, tuna or chicken salad, some fruit, granola...anything thats healthy that you can carry around. Also don't drink soda or anyting like that. Focus a lot on cardio if you want to loose weight, but you can still get a good workout from jumping rope, heavybag work etc.
