Honestly he would have a good shot.

The guys right now at WW in my opinion are Spence and Thurman.

Spence is a big boy and I think Thurman is a bit soft to the body, still a quality WW though.

I would like to see them fight at 140 but realistically I think 140 is Lomas max

I think he will grow into 147...he's 5'7 and has decent reach and is 28

How do you know her will not end up at 147???

Your question is would a top 3 P4P fighter do well in a division where he'd be the best fighter?

I think Loma if her were the same size would beat almost everyone at 140-147...id love to see him in against Crawford and Pacquiao tho..those 2 would be the only ones that would give him hell in my opinion

If loma was welterweight, floyd will yet again, forgetting he's already retired.
