I've been an advocate for this fight since day 1 despite Brook being a WW.

P4P, Brook is a better fighter than any of GGG's most recent opponents. I've always said, if no Jacobs, than Brook or DeGale would be the next best thing so Brook it is.

If Brook carries his power and technical ability up to 160, I'm giving him a good chance to pull this off.

Damn, no one thinks Brook has a shot here or it will even be competitive?

Brook doesn't have world class power. He has good power that means he can stop most C level fighters with.

If he couldn't hurt Porter then I doubt he can do it to GGG. His good WW power also might turn to little power at MW.

Not a chance. Brook will feel that power in the first or second round and will become defensive. Difference in size and weight will be too much.

It's 6-1 odds right now. People are giving Brook a decent chance to win.

But, around here some posters are saying Golovkin is just way too big for Brook. (The same people also say Golovkin sucks...what's that say about Brook?)

their are weight classes for a reason

Brook may not be able to take the first few flush shots that land....He may even be up at one point but all it takes is one shot and lights out

Im concerned for the mans health to be honest....this isnt like Broner jumping up 2 divisions to fight featherfisted malignaggi

Weight will be about the same.

                I don't think so mate.

Stylistically, Brook doesn't have it to beat GGG.

If he was faster, and had better foot work/faster feet, and a longer reach/jab than GGG, then I'd say yeah, he's got a better chance (although still pretty low).

But GGG will be able to hit him too easily, and Brook can't dictate range on GGG.

6/1 isn't giving him a decent chance, Khan was 3/1 against Canelo.

I give him a better shot than Khan had but I dont think he wins. Im kind of rooting for him tbh but I think he feels the power early and gets the runs.
