Eddie Hearn Finally Admits They Turned Down The Errol Spence Fight

Thanks to Spence's interview from a few days ago, it turns out he was telling the truth. Hearn has changed his story AGAIN

Spence's team called Hearn "about 10 Days ago, in other words 3 weeks ago and said they will take the Brook fight. Hearn/Brook said no, fobbed them of with some low numbers. The Vargas fight is still not signed

This guy reminds me exactly of Dana White. His facial expressions and everything. That alone tells me he is a piece of sh#t.

Well Spence isn't going anywhere, that boy is gonna be a problem for anyone at 147, he should be mandatory by the end of the year and if Brook takes that fight, I think he takes his first L

Hearn is such a moron, typical of him to chance throwing this out in the public, he gets caught out a fair amount in these ifl tv interviews.

You'd have to be fairly slow in the head to think they would of taken the Spence fight

From what I understand, they turned down the Spence fight because the Vargas fight is 90% done. Spence is good, but he's not "let's scrap everything we've been doing to make the fight with this kid," good. I don't see a problem with a unification with Vargas.

I take it Spence tried to call his bluff, responding to that interview Hearns did a few weeks back. Thing is it didn't work because Brook is fighting another champion. What if they scrapped negotiations with Vargas, and the Spence fight doesn't happen because this, that, and the other? They missed an opportunity to fight a pretty good fighter in a unification bout.

Neither of these fighters are avoiding each other. Us as boxing fans need to stop pretending they are. Some of you guys are too pressed to say "So and so is ducking tho." If you listened to Hearns, he says he's confident BOTH guys want the fight. It's the promoters who're deciding if the fight is ready yet.

This isn't about who's avoiding who or fighters ducking. This is about Hearn being Hearn. He lied about Spence avoiding the fight and Bruno has been saying Hearn lied and now he admitted it.

I see a few people are already making excuses for the King Of Mandotories

Eddie Hearn claimed Spence and his team were running scared of Brook, he tried to assassinate Spence's character. It then turns out Spence and his team were ready to fight Brook.

The only reason he came clean is because of Spence's interviews which went viral, where he said Eddie Hearn is talking "BS"

Eddie Hearn is basically the British Bob Arum, everything that comes out of this guys mouth is a lie. I can now see why Khan doesnt want to deal with him and is telling Brook lets make the fight happen without Hearn.

I made posts about this subject for weeks, i knew Hearn was lying from the get go

It can't be 90% done when today he said that he still waiting for the draft contract to be sent back to him from Vargas.

Brook will vacate his IBF after winning the WBO and duck Errol Spence. He will lose in a purse bid to Haymon anyway. Haymon will throw ****** money at this fight. Spence is his next cash cow!
