          Above? Not sure, him and Hagler would be something.

          He won't beat Roy, I'll be honest here I haven't seen much on Monzon to make a statement either way.

          It's a shame Gennady couldn't get the best in his weight class in the ring.

            Sell all ATG debates based on the fantasyland, scifi, time travel aspect to all those conversations. Its can be hard enough sometimes to predict who's best between great fighters in the same era let alone to rank guys in multiple eras against each other when the fight wasn't scored with the same eyes or the same way or there were different rules among numerous other issues when considering the full impact of what it meant to fight in any particular era vs another era.

              Lets not even compare a "who would win" scenario... Lets look at it purely from a resume standpoint. GGG doesn't deserve to be a top 3 MW. Even if he beat Canelo you'd still have to put him behind a guy like Bernard Hopkins

                  Gennady's resume is poor, doesn't mean he is a bad fighter. None of these guys at 160 want to fight him.
