Default Whats your weekly schedule? (briefly)

Hi, if you have the time could you please just briefly write your weekly training regime.

Could you also tell me what you are training for, i.e. a fight or just general boxing fitness etc..

this is everday except saturday..

i wake up at 5:15 and run(three times out of the week)
school
then gym work from 4:30 - 8:00-9:00

im done

I workout monday thru friday, some saturday

Monday- running or riding cycle at the gym1-2, Boxing at night6-8

Tuesday- Wieght lifting 1-2:30 , Boxing 6-7

Wednesday - Wieght lifting1-2:30, no boxing but might change this week

Thrusday - Running or cycle 1-2 and Boxing at night 6-8 with sparring after class.

Friday- Wieght lifting 1-2:30.

Saturday - Running or cycle in the morning. I stopped after i got sick a couple of weeks ago. Should pick it up again.

I want to start running after wieght lifting for at least 10 minutes.

Monday-Friday(except thurs) weight room for around 1hr 30mins, run 3 floors of stairs x 12, sometimes a few laps around school track
Thurs and Saturday: Boxing gym 3hrs (cant get to gym more than 2 days a week)
Everday: skip at least 15-20 mins nonstop
I am training for my first fight which will get set up when i get my boxing liscense very soon. When fight is set up i will run for about 30 to 45 mins in the morning. For my first fight i wana fight sum1 with some experience, maybe 10-20 fights, wana see wat im made of.

Monday - Cardio and weights session 90 mins
Tuesday - Cardio (Long beach run) 50 mins
Wednesday - Cardio and weights session 90 mins
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Cardio and weights session 90 mins
Saturday - Cardio (Thigh master, row machine or cycle machine)
Sunday - Rest

I am a boxing coach so I 'coach' three times a week, in that I spar and do bag work etc as well, thats why I do it to keep up to speed with the guys I train!

Bag and form work in the morning, lifting in the afternoon, followed by running or aerobic exercise at least 4 days a week in combination with proper diet.

wow you all do alot more than i expected. guess theres some serious guys on here. are you all not constantly tired out training 5-6 days a week?
