This is a great ****in fight. And it's free on Spike on Friday night. I'm so looking forward to this. **** you NSB for allowing a thread for such a wonderful fight have 0 posts.

135 is heating up. Linares, Barthelemy, Shafikov and Flanagan. Barthelemy can do damage in this division and this is step 1. Let's do this.

This card includes and IBF final eliminator between Isiah Thomas and Murat Gassiev.

        - Gassiev is just age 22, Thomas is in his prime at age 26.

        - Gassiev has 23 amateur fights, Thomas has 100.

        - Gassiev is 6'3" with a reach of 76" while Thomas is 6'4" with a reach of 80".

Looks like Thomas has all the advantages.

Gassiev probably punches harder, or at least is more likely to go for the KO (Gassiev has a 73% KO ratio, Thomas has a 40% KO ratio).

        It's an interesting matchup.

Barthelemy should have a loss against Usmanee.

Shafikov maybe should be undefeated, he arguably deserved at least a draw against Miguel Vazquez.

This is an even matchup. I just hope the judges are fair to the Siberian.

No. I think young Gassiev will win, despite the home country, height, reach, experience and age advantage of Thomas.

Of course, he can't win on the scorecards, he'll need a KO to win in Thomas home country.

Thomas is an elusive cowardly defensive boxer despite his size, so Gassiev will need to break him down gradually and take him out in the late rounds.

You are not on my ignore list when I have a stickied thread like right now. I've been asked to clear my ignore list whenever I have a stickied thread. Next week you'll be back on.

And I only read your posts if they are a direct REPLY to me, in other words if they are highlighted in "Quotes" in my profile. Believe me, I never read your posts whether you are on ignore or not, unless I receive a message I've been quoted or mentioned.
