Potential Pacquiao v Khan will be for the WBC Diamond Belt & Khan v Martinez Backup

If Pacquiao v Khan is made, they will fight for the WBC Diamond Belt, in a move by the wretched WBC to make some more money from sanctioning fees. I am told that both Top Rank and Khan Promotions approached the WBC, in order to sanction the bout for the vacant WBC 147 Title, however the WBC said the 147 title wasn't available as it is part of the new WBC Welterweight Tournament.

The WBC instead offered to allow both parties to fight it out for the WBC Diamond Belt.

    -------------

Also, if Khan does not get the fight with Pacquiao, he will instead be fighting Aaron Martinez in the end of January, in the UK, and the fight will also be part of the WBC Welterweight Tournament

He should've gotten the decision over Guerrero and beat a great fighter in Alexander.

Guerrero and Alexander aren't very good. They're both flat-footed and and struggled with Martinez's size and strength in the pocket, Khan will stay on the outside and box circles around Martinez and probably stop him, it's not a competitive fight.

Alexander is a B-level fighter AT BEST.

Alexander is not a great fighter. It has been proven that he is a decent fighter since like 2010 when he struggled with Kotelnyk, Matthysse, and could only beat Maidana by holding. You can't call a fighter great when he has no great wins and barely has any good win.

Khan is allergic to top 10 WW's.

Calls out the best in Mayweather and Pacquiao, doesn't get them and proceeds to fight the worst possible opponents he can find. If you don't get the best, why not fight the next best? Not the next top 15-20 welterweight.

When coming up with a resume full of decent opponents, and a couple of good one's, Khan's resume shines. He has Maidana, Kotelnyk, Malignaggi, Algieri, Judah, Alexander, Collazo, Diaz. When it comes to decent, he has that. But when you start asking what are good resumes right now, that's when Khan's gets buried. He has a decent resume but refuses to make it good. All this time wasted, he could have fought Brook, Chaves, and be lined up for Pacquiao or Mayweather, but instead he is fighting all these decent, non top 10 ranked names that do nothing for his case. He fights decent guys but hypes his resume up as if it's great. Like he just went through a line up of all time greats and demands to cash in for his hard work against all those Hall of Famers. That's how he comes off.
