Hi,just got back from the boxing gym,any way i need to lose about 33,any ideas how i can do that?

just eat right and workout 30 minutes or more for atleast 5 days out of the week and do that for a couple of months or more and it should be gone.

what food is the right food?
i work out on the bag for like a hour a day,i need to lose the weight in less then 2 months,any ideas?

alex, it depends on what you wanna do and how desperately you need to lose the weight.

i lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks last april by eating 800 calories a day, drinking a ****load of water (like 4 liters or a gallon a day) and working out every morning for an hour.

considering you have 2 months, you could eat 1200 calories a day and work out the same and lose 30 pounds in that time easily.

try to eat all of your calories, lots of lean white meat is always good.

personally, ill admit that its not the healthiest way to lose weight. but given your time constraints, you gotta do what you gotta do.

like i said, a lot of lean white meat, turkey and chicken breast are my personal favorites because theyre pretty much all protein.

shy away from the urge to eat something thats 600 calories all at once and then only have one small snack for the rest of the day (i used to do that, it causes you to hit plateaus). space out your meals so that youre eating 3-5 small ones as opposed to 1 or 2 big ones.

water is really important too.
