Is Brook the most dangerous fighter @147 not named Mayweather or Maidana?

I think Bradley can make a solid case for himself but I think Brook is a good win or two away from dominating the division if left unchecked. Thoughts?

In terms of technique, he's probably only second to Mayweather at 147.

All those fights happen before maidana got with Robert garcia.

Floyd is his only L since Robert became maidana's trainer.

I voted who has he beaten because that was the only option other than he is the most dangerous. I like Brook and I think he is one of the best welterweights. I don't even consider Mayweather because he said he was done fighting after Berto and I believe him. He knows it's time to get out of boxing because he takes good care of himself. I would pick Spence to beat everybody at 147 including the excellent Brook. To me Spence is the most dangerous welterweight but Brook is very good and very dangerous.
