Smile Dave Haye on free TV again YEAH

http://www.ukboxing.net/haye-day-2-live-dave/
Free-to-air television channel Dave has secured the exclusive rights for Haye Day 2, on 21st May. The event will be headlined by former unified Cruiserweight and WBA heavyweight champion, David Haye. This will be the Haye’s second fight in his comeback and he will face the unbeaten Arnold ‘The Cobra’ Gjergjaj. The Kosovan is unbeaten and has 21 knockouts from 29 victories.

A peak audience of just over three million people tuned into Dave to watch David Haye make his long anticipated return to the ring for the first time in three and a half years. Haye made short work of his challenger and knocked out Mark de Mori in just 131 seconds.

Also fighting on the ‘Haye Day 2’ event is former world heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs. The American has been trying to land a big fight for a number of years and set his sights on David Haye earlier this year when he set up camp in the UK. If both Briggs and Haye come through their fights victorious then we should see them square off later in the year. Shannon ‘The Cannon’ Briggs will have to overcome former European heavyweight champion Alexander Dimitrenko, who holds and impressive record of 38 wins, 24 coming by way of knockout and only two defeats.

This time round the bill is much stronger than the first ‘Haye Day’ but will the public be as intrigued this time round? Only time will tell, but this should be a good night of boxing. Expect knockouts. Expect noise. ‘Let’s go champ!’
