Boxing has to have some of the worst fans ever

I have never seen a sport where the best fighters can be called bums and hype jobs by people on internet forums over and over again and it seems OK. It is ridiculous,where is the respect,these fighters give their lives to dedicate their craft to rise to the very top of their sport only to be disrespected by the very people who they put their lives on the line for to entertain.It is amazing,and crazy at the same damn time,makes me ashamed i watch the same sport as these clowns

These same fans complain about spending 60 bucks for a ppv every 2 or 3 months yet brag about buying whores,drugs and alcohol all the time,it is ridiculous

take floyd for example,,,,
floyd has great skills, and yes he cherrypicks,,
but say one or the other, and people go crazy,,, same way with manny,,,

all good fighters have good and bad traits,,, all have plus and minuses,,,
yet fanboys only see it one way

thats why i spend half my time in boxing history because you can have alot more legitimate discussions

Floyd had 1 fight in over 2 years before he fought Shane who was the top ww and EVERYONE WAS SCREAMING FOR THAT FIGHT ESPECIALLY AFTER SHANE JUMPED IN THE RING AFTER THE JMM FIGHT


Cotto was the #1 154 fighter in the world and that fight also was in high demand


It is ok for Manny to fight Juan at 147 2 times but if Floyd does it it's a cherry pick?


In half of Floyds fights they have been title fights and or former world champions,i think he gets to much flack due to his talent.

Its all about extremes. If fanboys like you didnt constantly have your tongues jammed so far up the arses of fighters then other idiots wouldnt be quite as extreme the other way. Both ends of the scale are ******ed.Yes, boxing has some crappy fans, but you shouldnt be making threads complaining about them because you firmly belong in that category yourself.
