shut up with this "no you cant train you will die" nonsense you have no idea what youre talking about. plenty of nfl players, pro boxers, soccer players, nba players keep training the same way they did before. make sure you drink enough and make sure you eat properly, theres no secret to it. yes its tougher on you but if you drink and eat properly its not dangerous at all

it depends on where you are, because of the duration on the fast and how your day has been divided. If your in scotland and have 20 hour fasts, i wouldn't recommend it and also how long is it that you wake up from iftaar? if you wake up an hour from, you should be ok. mind you, people go to war fasting
