  • Why is it that Floyd refuses to be weighed on fight night?

Is it because his weight on fight night is closer to 154 and not to 147?
When was the last time we had official stats for Floyd's weight on fight night?
Is Floyd really a small WW?

he did it his whole career until Oscar. He didnt do it that fight because Oscar was famous for not doing it. Since then he hasnt cared to but he did it against Ortiz just to shut the haterz up and he was only 150. He was also just 148.3 at the 30 day weigh-in for the Ghost fight.

Then just check his history. He was 138 for most of his LW fights, 143 for most of his 140 fights, and 146-148 for all of his WW fights until his recent comeback. I remember him being 146 against Zab at WW when Pac was 145 for his 130 pound fights.

Now Floyd's about 150 for every fight

Good points but there is a difference from what Floyd looked like against Tata and Zab and what he has looked against Mosley and Guerrero. Even against Ortiz he looked quite solid so I am not sure if this 150 number is official.

He got weighed vs Ortiz... was 150. You should watch fights before commenting on them.

Ortiz is the only time he's let them show the fight night figures since unretirement, so 6 years. It' really strange, he likes to say he's small fight night, stepping on the scale is so easy. I thought he'd do it for sure this time with the low 30 day weight, but no dice. Then I learned Canelo was 166.5 30 days out for Trout, and realized he should have left it at that, screw fight night weighin

He weighed 248 pounds against JMM.

Was eating Double Whoopers with cheese, and washing it down with horchata.

Chavez Jr. and Canelo couldn't hang after the third one.
