AMIR KHAN admits he has taken a pay cut for his UK return in his next fight against Mexican Julio Diaz.

The former world light-welterweight champion wanted to fight in Britain for the first time in two years.His last four bouts have taken place in America.

Khan expects to box in front of a sell-out 12,000 crowd at Sheffield’s *Motorpoint Arena on April 27.

But no TV deal has yet been confirmed and he will bank less than his recent Stateside bouts.

And Bolton-born Khan, 26, admits his career would be in doubt if he suffers a third defeat in four fights against Diaz, 33.

Unless he loses to a world-class fighter in his prime he can't really rebuild at all, nor is it worth it.

It's curtains if Diaz takes him out.

What's he suppose to do then? Become a stepping stone for someone like Frankie Gavin?

Firstly I've paid to go watch Khan live 3 times. Secondly He's fighting pillow fisted Diaz at catchweight so technically He's about to be fighing in the same weight class as Brook and thirdly he should of fought Brook last time out instead he fought a guy TWO weight classes below him.!!!!!!!! WAKE UP YOU IDIOTS KHAN AINT THAT GOOD, He showed promise early on but he simply can't take a punch...........FACT
