Scum complaining about a fence keeping them away from nice people

Scumbags who live on cheap housing estates in the UK are up in arms that a 15ft wall has been built to keep them away from the nice people who will be living in new, more expensive housing.

The council decided to build the wall because of the amount of theft that goes on amongst the impoverished creatures who live on the estate below.

If anything it should be a kick in the ass for the community and they realize that people are ashamed of them.

Well...that's the wrong approach. Instead of telling her how to spend her govt benefits, perhaps showing some tough love and cutting her off completely would be better off.
