when hopkins wins he likes to play for the camera by going over and giving the other guy a pep talk. i'm sure cloud wasn't to interested in hearing all that.

if you are reffering to the time when hopkins looked mad, i belive he was being agressive towards don king not cloud.

i think Hopkins was trying to impart the same 'learn from this and come back' speech he imparted to Pavlik. from what i could make out, Cloud told Hopkins that he knew he was good and had respect for him but didn't seem ready to concede that he'd been in any way outclassed or to accept the role of deferent student. the scores hadn't been read at this point and i'm sure he probably believed he had a case to have won the fight.

ya i think he was trying to say i schooled you take it as a lesson, but im not sure, wasnt very classy cause he looked angry and trying to rub it in. Anyone else know?

I didnt pay attention much but 1 part I heard Hopkins say for sure is that "Im not staying". Meaning like Im about to retire so you can be the best when Im gone but I think there were some other things said that may have come off the wrong way or the people around them thought it was trash talk so they were trying to break it up.

Sometimes even things like that dont need to be said after the fact because even though Hopkins means well, Im sure Cloud doesnt wanna hear that after just losing to a 48yo. It comes accross like Hopkins is the ish and Cloud is beneath him but it can be his turn when he leaves.

After the scores were read, did Hopkins tell Cloud "You got your ass whooped" or something along those lines? I think Cloud was mad at the decision and maybe was talking sh-t.

As for the time Hopkins went up to him in the corner, I thought they were arguing.

I had everything in mute BTW so i'm just going by lip reading here.
