What is your budget? Imo its not worth upgrading this computer. Your best bet is to build one, dont worry its not that hard. If you do a search on google, youll see budget gaming builds, anywhere from under $600 through $1500 builds.

I was looking at newegg and I think it would be much better to buy a more modern PC and just upgrading that pme. Because, i'm not that computer savvy, but I can tell I not do much to this one.

In that case just buy a gaming pc. I've heard great things about ibuypower, but not only is it cheaper to build your own, it will also have better components.

That is the exact brand I was looking to buy on newegg.

When you say build your own, you don't mean to build my own computer from scratch right? What do you mean exactly?

Because what i'm going to do is just buy a cheap modern PC and upgrade it.

The one iBuyPower PC I was looking at specifically says this in the details:

Maximum Memory Supported: 32GB

Does that mean I can put up to 32GB RAM in it?

That's crazy, would that even be beneficial to a gamin PC?

You will have a hard time running currents games with that set-up, even if you upgrade.

I suggest you look into building your own PC instead of buying a ''brand'' one. You will end up with a better machine for much cheaper.

About the ram in Kev's last post. No game will use 32 gigs of rams. It's mostly for video and music editing, and even then i doubt all of it would get used. 8 or 16 gigs or just fine for pc gaming.

Just wait for the PS4. Graphics in the PC space haven't got that much better in the past few years and the PS4 will match all but the best rigs at present. The current trend in computers is mobile graphics, PC's won't advance much over the next 5 years.
