After re-watching the tape for the hundredth time I've come to the conclusion that she was a criminal mastermind.

definitely strange. At first glance I suspect she was on some type of Hallucinogenic drug or suffering from some sort of Hysteria. How she ended up dead in a water tank though seems very odd. Police are still saying her death is suspicious, but the autopsy was inconclusive. Toxicology reports will be out in a few weeks.

How she ended up in here is kinda suspicious.

So in order to get that body into the tank they had to disable an alarm, go through a locked door and use a ladder? Maybe it was someone that use to work there? It would be stupid for someone to actually do that while they currently work there?

I think there was someone outside the camera view from outside of the Elevator. I think they were holding the elevator door button because it would not close after she pressed all the buttons.
