If by physical you mean like Cotto was, not a chance. Proving you can take the punch of a no steroid anymore/coming off an embarrassing layoff/ legs gone in the first round/ trying to fight like Mayweather version of Andre Berto doesn't mean he can take Floyd's punch attack for a full 12 rounds.

Well that includes Pacquiao's 5 losses and 2 draws, yet he still has a higher KO% than Floyd. Mayweather has good power, but it's obvious that Pacquiao is the power puncher out of the two.

RE: the thread title, no. Gatti was done when Mayweather fought him and as much as I love Arturo, Guerrero is a better fighter.

He did show the potential to be that fighter again in the 12th round of the Cotto fight though imo.
