Khan have never been a protected fighter, to my knowledge. He picks his own fights or takes a fight when it's demanded. It's only recently that that's not the case anymore.

Khan can survive the 12 rounds I think he has decent conditioning and if he improves on it he would have a chance but IMO he gets caught Garcia showed the blueprint on how to catch Khan
