The police are saying the mistaken intruder thing is BS and that domestic disturbances have happened between them on numerous occassion. He always seemed like a bad sport and a cry baby in my opinion. May she rest in peace.

Been charged with murder, denied bail, shot 4 times, no signs of forced entry, previous issues of domestic violence. Police said they don't know where the rumours of an accidental shooting have come from.
