Smithy’s promotions boxer Jezze “El Rey” Carrasco claimed the biggest victory of his professional career last Friday night at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre when he beat Queensland’s no.2 ranked Junior Welterweight Waylon Law in a close split decision.

The well earned victory left trainer Brandon Wood very happy and excited about things to come.

“It was a great win on a big stage for Jezze” said trainer Brandon Wood. “I’m very pleased with his performance and I am looking forward to seeing him back in action against Trent Wehrman on March 15 in Townsville”.
