This is a tough one for me honestly. When it comes to all around, what I can eat all the time and enjoy the most easily, it's pork. Then there is the fact that there are few things in this world I love more than a good steak, blue rare if possible. However when done just right, I think lamb actually takes it.
I've never had kangaroo or rabbit, but I have had the other types. With the exception of reptile meat, which I've only had a couple times and never really done properly (actually I made it myself), I would say chicken is actually my least favorite.
