Spanish junior welterweight Daniel Rasilla, 25-4-2, had a tough weekend as he lost to Ruben Nieto, 10-0, over ten in a fight for the national title. Rasilla was down three times in the fights and a lost a wide decision. This loss also killed a fight against reigning EU champ Jean Pierre Bauwens that was set for April 19 in Gent and the search is now on for a new opponent for Bauwens.
