This guy fought them all. I think he deserves a good look for

I remember a terrific televised fight where he knocked out Edwin Rosario
after being knocked down twice.

I think he definitely has an argument.

Esepcially considering the W he was very unlucky to not get over Arguello.

He's a very very underrated fighter.

I would not object to it. If Gatti can get in so can Ramirez who was a better fighter.

YES! He came to fight and was in their with very good competition! He may have lost a few but I think he was never stopped in atleast 90 pro bouts!

Personally I would have Ramirez in the hall he was a true warrior and a top level fighter and as already said a league above gatti who for me falls short
