Former middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (46-1-1, 32KOs) is pretty confident that he could have knocked Sergio Martinez (49-2-2, 28KOs) out last September in Las Vegas. Chavez was dominated for eleven rounds, but then he nearly stopped Martinez in the twelfth after knocking the Argentine star down and having him badly hurt in the process. Chavez lost a twelve round decision and afterwards he tested positive for Marijuana.
