Summer time is come bro's, nothing beats being lean in time for BBQ season, being able to eat big, look good and feel great

Its a small price to pay now to enjoy the summer...I wont wish you luck as Im sure you dont need luck, i'll wish you patience to deal with all those hunger pangs and tired moments coming

Day 2 completed.

Yesterday was chest and back, 90% pushups and pullups in different variations all max reps for about 50 minutes.. It's a serious workout and gets you absolute pumped. Followed by a 15 min ab burn workout. Feeling a bit sore today.

Calorie intake for day 1 was around 1250, eating window 3pm-8pm. Surprisingly I was full all day.

Today as day two, Plyometrics aka jump training... 45 minutes straight of athletic movements to crush the legs, tons of lunging, squating, jumping side to side, front to back, spinning, and back to lunging... legs are screaming, Thursday the soreness will be maxed. Calorie intake 1,650, eating window 3pm-9pm.

Tomorrow is day 3, Shoulders and Arms, great pump workout, looking forward to it.

Original p90x is better, p90x2 is all about balance, which sounds ideal but you don't get the same burn and build as p90x.

Let me ask you, can you Curl more weight with a regular stance or bent over standing on one leg? Can you Military press more weight with a regular stance or balancing on one leg. P90x2 is ok, Their cardio sessions are great, but their muscle building ones are too focused on balance and it hinders your muscle building.

haven't tried the new p90x2 thats why i was aking. I do a lot of insanity, now that **** is crazy.

Jack3d is some good ****, i take cellucor c4 also. Made the mistake of taking that like at 6pm one time, until 4am i was starring at the ceiling twirling my thumbs waiting to be able to fall asleep.

Yeah I have C4 too... Doesnt do as much as jack3d does for me.

You got the new formula of Jack3d or the old one?..

If it's the new formula how would you compare the effects compared to the old formula?..similar pumps and focus at all?..

I stocked up before they ditched 1,3 So I havent tried it without it... I also called GNC yesterday and they still have the jack3d with the 1,3 in it... you should call, your location might too.
