Hard to say, but I suspect most don't, but they do use legal supplements that were not available to fighters of the past.

If I had to pick at least one person I'm not suspicious of or least suspicious of, I'd go with Donaire because of his willingness to undergo year round testing and from VADA, who have caught other boxers and didn't try to keep it between themselves and the promoter or what have you.
