BIG was good but he only had songs about selling drugs, getting *****es and making money. Thats it. Pac did those songs too but he did all kinds of songs that were not just about that like Dear Momma, Brenda's Gotta Baby, Changes, Wonder Why they call You *****, Life Goes On, ect BIG only rapped about the same ****

I don't think there are any. He isn't the best in one category but excels in all and his impact transcended the genre. So while some may be a better lyricist, another might have a better flow, but the combination of all characteristics make him the best.
