Bethesda has apparently trademarked the idea for it, and the voice actor who played 3-Dog in fallout 3 has tweeted that he's reprising the character.

This could be great if done properly.

Yeah, they could even do each episode centred on a different vault as each one is said to be a different experiment. Lots of potential there, could even do a film spin-off if any of the episodes turn out really good.
