This is mostly about a like-ability factor. People just use Floyd's resume as a cover up. The so called threats that Manny fought were also coming off losses or not far removed from severe beating. You can equally poke holes in Manny resume also. So now it comes down to who is more of a fan favorite.. one of the downsides to Floyd playing the villian role all of the time.

good arguments being made for BOTH dudes in here...good stuff my dudes!!

I really never thought about who's greater between the 2 as of late....I used to think Manny was and then thought Floyd was...but now, I'm no longer concerned with the fight for number 2 or 3...the GREATEST active fighter in the game is BERNARD HOPKINS atm....BOOM!!

Floyd faked his retirement when he should fought decade younger Mosley and Cotto. He also avoided Margarito like a plague. The 3 fighters he should fought didn't happen instead he let them fought one another and when the dust settled down he came out from nowhere then declared his himself the GOAT. LMAO!

neither resume above 135 is all that great imo.

pac has some good wins an bad ones one that stands out is the Bradley win,but officially he lost that fight in the Bradley fight and hatton.

Floyd has some good wins some bad ones as well, ones that stand out with him were hatton and oscar.

difference is floyd has a opportunity here with canelo, sergio and a solid win against guerroro if manny doesn't come back strong i think floyd surpasses him.

manny has a great 135 and below resume but he lost once should've lost 3 times imo.

then he was koed in his early career.

floyd dominated 130 and 135 with one blemish the first castillo fight so it's your decision i pick floyd's dominance with one blemish over pac's dominance with about 6 loses or 7 loses.

Certainly you are stupid as fruck. Tell me one fighter who accomplished these achievements under his belt.

pro boxer at age of 16 and fought all the way from minimum weight up to light middleweight
8 weight divisions champion
4 weight divisions lineal champion
p4p no. 1 straight in 5 years
Fighter of the Decade and 3 times Fighter of the Year
a beloved congressman in his country

Easy to achieve? Please wake me up when your boy achieves even half of these accomplishments in his lifetime otherwise you shut the fruck up and go back to your stinky hole.

FACT.
Lamotta beating Robinson is better than anything on Pac and Floyd's resume combined but who is higher ATG?

Anyone wanting to seriously list these guys need to cough up a list of where and why because I highly doubt they can.

They are both first ballot HOFers so who cares?
