Who the hell is Felix Sturm?

Danny Garcia can enter once he beats Matthysse, Rios, Judah, and either go up in weight and fight one of the champs at 147 or unify again at 140 against someone like Lamont Peterson. He does this and he would pretty much have swept the division, which is deserving of entring the P4P.

Jean Pascal (underrated moreno eh?)
Swift Garcia (clean cut and smooth)
Felix Sturm (Overrated but he gets points for longevity)
The Cobra (idk...perhaps his trophy boosts him up and he's over achieving)
Ivan Calderon (admit it, you want to scoop him up and pinch his cheeks)
