The onus is upon every boxer who wants to be great to fight the best in the division, any time, anywhere.

Historical legacy doesn't give a fig about onus, just 'did you beat who you were supposed to fight?' did you make it happen? If not, then there are gaps, and with gaps come legitimate questions and today these questions are being asked.

Anyway, on topic Collins was forced to retire over a decade ago due to blackouts, this is surely a non-story.
