Trinidad Challenges De La Hoya One Last Time!
He says more time passed for a rematch of Roy Jones and Hopkins to happen and it still did and that the problem could be the weight since trinidad says he doesnt know if he can go lower than 168.
Translate if you like.

Yup, May 4th. Only if Oscar would announce that comeback. This may help those 2.4 buys they're trying to beat

This is way past its due date. I would have been really interested in this until 2008, maybe 2009. Now it would be almost ridiculous.
Trinidad has always been a people's champion and he knows the fans still miss him. Besides, there is a void after Cotto's fall and the there's the need for a PR star which might make his itch worse. I am one of Trinidad's biggest fans but this fight has no meaning anymore. Both him and Oscar should stay away from the ring unless they are promoters or trainers.
