They changed the rules ID..... The Ring belt can now be contested by fighters ranked from 1-5 if the Ring board deems it appropriate

You are seriously going to put The Ring belt, that many consider to be the Lineage and very similar to it, on the line when #4 fights #5? What a joke.

300 Belt's per weight class, 700 weigh class's, Super, Silver, Interim belts on top of that.
