It's called a Medical Recovery Suspension. It happens to every fighter who loses by TKO/KO. The amount of the suspension depends on the severity of the stoppage.

How come stepping stones don't get this treatment ? I'm sure the guys they find for Dontay Wilder have at least been knock out 2 or 3 times a week in sparring while they're preparing for Wilder.
