Ambidexterity Advice
I am left handed. However, I have noticed that my right hand or right arm feels weak, I am very aware of this fact. This is a hard feeling to explain, but I have this sensation near my right shoulder that makes it feel light and weak, as if I have no control over it. However, I do not feel this way about my left hand, it feels right, no pun intended. I have to say, I hate the feeling that my right half of my body gives me, this feeling of having very little control over it. So, let's all go ahead and talk about all this coordination crap and the brain, with its left and right side. I am very interested in this subject since it seems like I can take advantage of having full control my right side of my body. I ask about this because of boxing and also because of guitar. I want to have a good fretting hand. When I was training in boxing, I haven't since August, I liked to do five rounds on the heavy bag as a southpaw, and five rounds as an orthodox fighter. It feels cool and I would recommend this to everyone. It feels weird, but I think it gives you more coordination and control over whatever side of your body is weak. I love the idea of symmetry, this is very important to me. So, please lets have a great discussion on this topic.
