Default Will boxers and boxing promoters make the same**BANNED** mistake next time?

The Pac/May fight would of been the biggest fight of our era had it been made circa 09/10, the money on the table would of been career high pay days for both fighters. But with that fight falling through and not only the boxers but promoters missing out financially.
Do you think that next time two stars appear with the same level of support (this is unlikely i know) that the fight will be made much more quickly?
