The Professional Boxing Commission of Panama (Comibox) confirmed that rising junior welterweight contender Alberto 'Machine Gun' Mosquera (19-0-2, 13 KO) failed a drug test, taken after his decision victory over Colombian Fidel Monterrosa (29-7-0, 23 KO) to capture the vacant WBC Latino title on November 17th. NO Dumbasses!! the fact that a professional athlete tests positive for whatever substance it may be that he or she is knowingly and agrees to be illegal, means lack of discipline and professionalism.
