That bit was never really in doubt as there was no record of a promotional license for any company called 'Mayweather Promotions'.

To be honest, the picture of Mayweather's business dealings painted by 50 Cent makes a lot more sense than the myth Mayweather himself had cultivated over the last half-decade, the one that the fanboys had so eagerly believed.

It does seem like Floyd is living in a make believe world as 'CEO of the Money Team' or whatever the hell it is, either gambling all his money or spending it on expensive tat.

But this is only what you would expect. It was the notion that this guy was a judicious investor that always seemed far-fetched.
