Picking Up Colds / Viruses
If you train alot (intense) training are you more likely to pick up colds / viruses? Should you increase Vitamin C intake if you train hard.
Another question,
If you have less body fat is it harder to stay warm? (linked to above)
Reason I ask, I had a cold/bunged up nose/chest which seemed to go on for for 2/3 weeks and I struggled to shake it off, and I was still training.
I started taking those dissolvable 1000mg Vitamin C with Zinc tabs and it seems to have got rid of it? is it just coincidence?
