BoxingScene.com has been advised that unbeaten super featherweight Diego Magdaleno (23-0) has injured his hand and his December 7th fight against Adailton De Jesus has been cancelled. The fight was to serve as the main event on Box Azteca. Magdaleno injured his hand while sparring and is scheduled to have an MRI today. Assuming the MRI is clear, he is expected to return to the ring in February.

i agree. vargas is a guy i have zero interest in seeing. i was getting worried there for awhile, thinking he would be a staple on ppv undercards.
