And Johnson doesn't stop I think it may turn into
A killer slug fest in the centre of the ring. groves on points for me

With just 15 fights under his belt, no way is Groves ready for a World title shot, unless it's for the worthless WBO strap. He needs another 5-6 contests before going for the genuine article.

I don't think Groves will want to go all out war with someone like Johnson...
Glen has never been cleanly stopped and nothing suggest Groves has that kind of power to do that, I think he will fight on the back-foot very cautiously otherwise If he does go for all out war I can see Groves getting knocked-down.

It just seems everytime groves gets tagged he goes into war mode.
Johnson is a old man now i'm not sure if he would like going toe 2 toe for 12.

Groves certainly does have the power to hurt Johnson and if he does, he will finish him. But I do see him fighting on the backfoot, happy to counter, depending on how past it Johnson is, Groves' might go on the front foot after the half-way mark.

Groves does brawl quite a lot too, even if he has shown he can remain composed and counter on the backfoot, he will brawl with Johnson at times.

Once he gets his timing down, he's going to catch Johnson with some big shots.

In the relatively short history of the Super Middleweight division the WBO has arguably had the best Champions.

Forget about the alphabets mate. It's Ward, Froch, Kessler in that order.

He's not ready for either of them yet.

In regards to this bout I hope for the fans sake a better Johnson turns up than his last bout in which he was so spent he retired afterwards.

Johnson looked really shop worn in his last outing against Fonfara. I would be very surprised if Groves did not take this one. Love the Road Warrior though. Best of luck to them both.
