Manchester Arena, Manchester - Gary Buckland (27-2, 9KOs) retained his title with an eight round stoppage over Stephen Foster (30-4-1, 18KOs) to retain the British super featherweight title. It was a very competitve fight, but a clash of heads in the round six opened up a nasty cut on the forehead of Foster. Foster's corner stopped the match before the start of the ninth round.

Murray & Quigg get TKO wins! Yes for Micky Mouse title's. This WBA interim nonsence cuts no ice with me. Quigg's more prestigious Lonsdale belt should have been on the line. Both Quigg & Adam Etches need to start fighting outside of the North of England once in a while as well. As for Rabchenko he needs to get his name about in the USA if he wants a World title shot. Team Hatton need to showcase there fighters overseas a bit more.
